Because the reminders are sent with a scheduled agent, so who ever has signed that agent will be in the From address. You can change the agent so the from address is whatever you want. Say for instance you want the From address to be the database name. The you would set the maildoc.From = "Database Name", and also set maildoc.Principle = "Database Name". It will still have a "Sent by" field which will have the name of the person who signed the agent, but atleast it will show up in their inbox from Database Name.
